CALCIUM GREASE NLG-II

This graphite grease is manufactured by thickening an appropriate blend of mineral lube base components with calcium soap with the addition of 10% dry graphite powder of less than 45 μm particle size.
It is designated for lubrication of heavily loaded mechanisms including open gear drives, threaded joints, chain drive elevator sliders, metal ropes and other open, heavily loaded sliding pairs. It is suitable for application in highly humid and very dirty environment.
The operating temperature range is from -20°С to +60°С, with possible short time peak operating temperature up to 70°С, if the proper re-greasing intervals are applied.
It has the following benefits:
